The first dozZe: chill edition playlist

Posted on June 10, 2021

A lot of great new music (and art in general) is coming out of this strange, uncertain period of our lives (needless to say, even this blog is a quarantine baby). Instead of waiting for the end of the year to provide my usual collection of high-quality local tunes, I have decided to put together the first shot right now, mid-year. This is a chill, more relaxed edition, that includes songs that are either acoustic, or melancholic, or simply more slow and vibey. I have also decided to cover more BC artists outside of Vancouver, including JP Lancaster from Kamloops and the Kootenays’ Rumour Mill/Tenise Marie collab. Of course, there is more to come this year. Nice work, everyone!
